Retired Ritchie Bros. CEO selling $71.6 million in shares

Retired Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Inc. CEO, chairman and company co-founder David E. Ritchie has announced he is selling up to 1.1 million shares worth up to $71.6 million under the terms of his sale arrangement.

Ritchie Bros. today in a press release, said Ritchie’s company Davcorp has informed the auction house that Davcorp entered an agreement to sell one million shares to the brokerage firm Raymond James Ltd. for $65.10 per share.
