Quesnel subdivision to be sold in unreserved Ritchie Bros. auction in Vancouver

More than 1,300 auction lots, including an
entire Quesnel subdivision, will be sold to the highest bidders – regardless
of price – at an unreserved public auction in Vancouver on Thursday, July 26,
2007. The auction will be conducted by Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, the world’s
largest industrial auctioneer, at the Company’s Vancouver (Surrey) sale site
and simulcast live at the Nickel Ridge Avenue subdivision in Quesnel, B.C.
In addition to the 36 new home sites in Quesnel and a 179+/- acre
industrial property south of 100 Mile House, a large selection of industrial
equipment will also be sold, including: more than 50 truck tractors (including
eight unused 2006 Western Star); late model crushing equipment (a 2005 Terex
Finlay jaw crusher and a 2005 Terex Finlay mobile screen plant); over 40 boom
lifts, scissorlifts and forklifts; more than 90 excavators; a pair of 2004
Terex articulated dump trucks; and over a dozen marine pleasure craft.
